Technical support is offered for problems encountered using
or displaying the web site as long as you are using the
appropriate browser for your platform. The best way to get
support is via the forums, but alternate methods are
provided if those don't work for you.
Telephone support is available on request for issues with
offline computer systems.
Prior to contacting technical support, it is assumed that
you have cleared your browsers cache.
To do this with Windows Internet Explorer, open Internet
Options from the Control Panel. Delete/Clear Files. Also
check the 'advanced' tab to 'Reset' and 'Reset Advanced'
settings to their defaults.
