About Aff's Diary Aff's Diary is the online home of David Chalmers (aka Affirmative/Extarian). It started out as just another clan site, but now it's a community site and the launch pad for my adventures in writing. I first created a web site in 1998, using a computer running Neosoft Quikmenu III and Envision Publisher - suffice it to say that was a difficult task, and it didn't look all that great. In 2000 with access to better computer systems and a little more knowledge, the Slate v1.00 design was born. You're looking at a refined, fixed, and much later version of that right now. Aff's Diary is now the home to a community of gamers, technology enthusiasts, and a few people who believe that the Australian Government is harbouring secrets about captured aliens and flying saucers while they experiment on the population with microwave radiation. |
